The artists will perform a wide range of famous opera and operetta arias, as well as Ukrainian romances and folk songs.
The programme will be punctuated by a Brahms intermezzo for piano and two romantic waltzes by F. Chopin.
The Ukrainian artists, Hanna Koval, a lyric soprano, and Olga Fekete, a concert pianist, are supported by the ‘Consonance Alsace’ association. Hanna and Olga have been living in Alsace since March 2022.
Driven by a passion for sharing their art with the public, they build bridges between cultures. Their first CD of opera arias (Verdi, Puccini, Strauss, Lehár), romances and traditional Ukrainian songs has just been released.
The association’s aim is to enable these artists to practise their art, share their passion with the public and build a network in their adopted region.
