Rosheim:

• January to April & October to November:
Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
(except Tuesday mornings)
• May to June & September:
Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• July & August:
Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, and Sunday from 10am to 12pm
• In December:
Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (except Tuesday mornings), Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (first 3 weekends)
Closed on public holidays and on the afternoons of 24 and 31 December.

Ottrott:

The reception office is closed every Tuesday
• January to February:
Wednesday and Friday from 2pm to 5pm
• March to April & October to November:
Monday to Friday from 2pm to 5pm
• May to June & September:
