We invite you to a gentle workshop, inspired by this season of rebirth and blossoming. A timeless moment to let new energy flow, awaken your creativity and sow beautiful intentions.
Led by Céline, a creativity facilitator, and Fanny, a sophrologist, this workshop combines relaxation, artistic expression and an intuitive sound journey.
On the programme:
- Creating mandalas inspired by spring and your inner drive
- Guided relaxation to release tension and welcome renewal
- A sound journey with intuitive instruments for a soothing and rejuvenating experience
- A space to slow down, refocus and let what lies dormant within you blossom… with simplicity and without judgement.
Open to everyone aged 16 and over – no prior experience required
Materials provided – practical information sent by email upon confirmation of your booking.
A light snack will be provided at the end of the session.
