In the heart of nature as it awakens, this sophrology walk is an invitation to slow down, clear your mind and open yourself fully to the present moment. Guided by gentle sophrology practices — conscious breathing, physical relaxation, visualisations — you will walk in harmony with your breath and with life itself.
Beneath your feet, the earth is warming up.
Around you, buds are opening, birds are singing, the light is softening.
Little by little, tensions ease, your mind calms down and a new energy flows through you. You let yourself be filled with the energy of renewal, like nature coming back to life.
This walk is a time to:
- ground and centre yourself
- gently awaken your senses
- welcome the luminous energy of spring
- leave feeling aligned, calm and revitalised
A timeless interlude to reconnect with nature... and your own inner drive.
Duration: approximately 1.5 hours per session.
Open to all, no prerequisites, ages 13 and up.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Subject to cancellation in case of inclement weather.
