Discover the Ottrott forest and the soothing power of the trees!
Immerse yourself in the heart of nature and enjoy a unique experience of reconnecting with your body and mind, gently and in harmony with the elements.
On the programme: breathing, practices to awaken the senses, guided meditation, emotional release practices and an introduction to sylvotherapy.
Session length: 3 hours
Open to all with no pre-requisites, from age 16, no need to have practised sophro or sylvotherapy before. Minors must be accompanied.
Approximately 1h30 min walk, the rest of the time being spent practising sophrology, mindfulness and sylvotherapy.
Minimum 5 / Maximum 8 people.
Can be cancelled in the event of bad weather.
Departure point: sentier des châteaux car park.
