See you on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 for an original gourmet evening at the Lehmann distillery, Alsace's oldest distillery. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, come and share the experience of an unusual and gastronomic dinner at the heart of digestif production, in the stills room. All year round, the stills distill to bring you top-quality spirits, but for this special occasion, and for your greatest pleasure, they will be used to cook the dishes prepared by Chef Hubert Maetz from Restaurant le Rosenmeer in Rosheim. You'll be amazed at the originality and complexity of the cooking. At the end of the meal, Mr Lehmann will accompany you into the cellar to show you the art of distillation and blending in an exceptional workshop. Surrounded by the ageing barrels, he will offer you the unique experience of tasting from the barrel and making your own digestif. This evening will amaze your taste buds and immerse you in the world of the Master Distiller and Master Restaurateur!
