Immerse yourself in the heart of nature and enjoy a unique experience of reconnecting with your body and mind, gently and in harmony with the elements.
On the programme: breathing exercises, sensory awareness activities, guided meditation, emotional release techniques and an introduction to forest therapy.
Session duration: 4 hours
