Through a forest bath and an introduction to forest therapy, this outing invites you to let nature soothe the mind, awaken the senses and reconnect with what breathes within you and around you.
A moment suspended in time, between earth, breath and presence.
The outing does not require you to be a keen walker, but a good level of fitness is necessary due to the elevation changes along the route.
For those who wish, this experience can be extended with a picnic from your rucksack, in a spirit of sharing and simplicity.
Open to all, no prior experience required, for those aged 14 and over. Minors must be accompanied.
The event may be cancelled in the event of bad weather.
