A conference to raise awareness of the risks associated with the proliferation of this species.
Hosted by Pascal Hild, a beekeeping instructor, this evening event is open to everyone: individuals, winegrowers, beekeepers, arborists and farmers. It will give you a better understanding of this invasive species, which poses a significant threat.
The Asian hornet mainly attacks bees and can destroy entire hives. It also causes significant damage to crops. To limit its spread, it is crucial to eliminate the queen bees before spring, when they begin to build their nests.
Various trapping techniques will be presented during this meeting.
An evening open to all, to understand and take action together.
