Come celebrate the arrival of autumn!
A gentle, sharing pampering workshop.
Autumn, a season of transition, is the perfect time to refocus and take care of yourself. This workshop combines sophrology and naturopathy to help you harmonise your body and mind. Through breathing exercises, gentle movements and relaxation, natural wellness tips and advice on how to boost your immunity, you will learn to embrace change and get through this season with serenity and energy.
We will also take this opportunity to enjoy a mindful tasting
of seasonal delicacies to awaken our senses and treat ourselves to a moment of comfort!
Finally, we will end the session with a circle of conversation and exchange if you feel so inclined.
Session duration: 2.5 hours – 4 places.
And for those who already participated in last year's workshop, don't worry, this session will be different!
Open to all, no prerequisites, ages 16 and up, no previous experience with sophrology or yoga required. (Minors must be accompanied by an adult.)
