Treat yourself to a time of sharing, meditation, conviviality and creativity, as well as relaxation through the practice of drawing or coloring mandalas.
Drawing or coloring mandalas has many virtues, well known for thousands of years in certain Asian countries... Among other things, it's a meditative technique that helps with emotional release and concentration. It not only reduces stress levels, but also enables you to reconnect with your inner world and reconnect with your creativity.
The program includes drawing or coloring a mandala, chatting and ending the session with a relaxing sound bath.
This workshop will take place outdoors in the firm's garden.
Indoor alternative in case of bad weather.
Accessible to all without pre-requisites, from age 16, no need to have already practiced sophrology. (Minors must be accompanied)
Confirmation of session: minimum 4 participants.
