This fun and educational workshop invites children aged 6 to 11 to explore the benefits of fruit and vegetables in a fun and interactive way! Through games involving the recognition of colours, shapes and flavours, they will learn about the importance of these foods for good health.
Learning through play: Children will playfully discover the health benefits of fruit and vegetables (vitamins, fibre, energy).
The colours and benefits game: Associate each colour with its properties (e.g. red for antioxidants, green for vitamin C).
Practical workshop: Each child will make up their own colourful fruit salad, choosing and decorating fresh fruit before enjoying it as a group!
